Accounting Technician (Accounts Payable & Client Billing)

Your Role

Accounts Payable – Act as a liaison between teams for supplier invoice processing, verify the accuracy of purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documents, follow up on payments, and resolve discrepancies.

Client Billing – Gather billable items, compile them into reports, follow up on client responses, issue final invoices, etc.

Accounts Receivable Tracking – Monitor client accounts and payments, produce reports on receivables and aging balances, etc.

About You

• Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
• 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, automation)
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of JDE Oracle is an asset
• Detail-oriented, organized, autonomous, team player, with strong communication and coordination skills

*More than 80% of the workload is for outside Québec: This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as more than 80% of the workload is intended for clients, partners, or projects located outside Québec.
