Role: Apprentice

Eligibility:

• Freshers – 2022/2023/2024 pass out batch only.
• Eligibility – 65 % and above with no active backlogs.
• With prior experience: Candidates with one (1) year of work experience are eligible, provided they have NOT registered under any statutory schemes (PF, Gratuity, etc.).
• The shortlisted candidate will be employed as an Apprentice for 6 months on a fixed stipend.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum 70% aggregate marks in the final examination.
• Thorough knowledge of respective engineering subject/elements (for e.g., Civil, Electrical, Mechanical).
• Basic Computer & software literacy e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil3D, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good Written & Verbal Communication.
• Knowledge of CAD/BIM software tools, with training (basic) or certificate course in one or more tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As an Apprentice member of the BIM Discipline, you will be responsible for:

• Learning & Applying Codes, CAD/ BIM standards, Methods & Procedures on project delivery.
• Working using engineers’ calculations and design in producing Drawings / 3D modelling.
• To read & interpret engineering drawings.
• Give consistent attention to quality deliverables.
• To coordinate with other BIM/CAD modellers in the production of Models and drawings.
• Responding to the project manager's and clients’ directions in a receptive and customer-focused manner.
• Learning digital tools, and techniques and applying the same on projects to create efficiency in the delivery.
• Applying Atkins Realis’ Quality, Safety & Environmental (QSE) standards and Sector Management System (SMS).
