Responsibilities:

• Monitor progress and quality of various circuit construction installations, e.g., fencing facilities, overpasses, temporary building structures, track barrier, track lighting, etc.
• Undertake as-built checks and prepare mark-ups of as-built drawings.
• Undertake pre and post-condition surveys and report write up.
• Redevelop and monitor budget tracking schedules.
• Monitor Contractors Daily Progress.
• Take photo of the facility actual build on site.
• Assist to prepare weekly reports which consist of, for example progress 'S' curves, physical progress, short term look-ahead schedules, recovery plan for slippages and analysis of schedule trends.
• Assist to analysis reports submitted by contractors.
• Assist to Coordinate Contractor Progress Meetings.
• Manage contracts, keeping records of the minutes of meeting and assist with the final account closures.
• Collect Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) related data by liaising with different parties.
• Analyse the data by referring to international and local guidelines.
• Raise questions and seek clarification to help develop own understanding of the information received.
• Research on ESG, carbon and sustainability related matters.
• General and Administrative Support as needed by the Project Team.
• Ability to read and interpret basic civil drawings.
• Ability to communicate with Contractors on site.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Ability to speak Mandarin or another Asian language would be a bonus but not a requirement.
• A schedule software i.e. Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• PowerBI
