Position: Administration & Operation Assistant
Job Summary
The Administration & Operation Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO Office while assisting with general administration tasks across the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO Office, including data entry, document scanning, filing, and system updates.
- Support document preparation and verification, ensuring accuracy and proper organization.
- Coordinate with drivers and transportation providers to arrange local ground transportation and ensure smooth travel logistics for the CEO and other executives.
- Participate in and support office events and activities, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking international flights and accommodations, as directed by the Manager, CEO Office.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure secure handling of documents and data.
- Support Win Work team with general administrative tasks, including document preparation, record-keeping, and office coordination.
- Assist in maintaining and updating internal databases and systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably in a corporate or executive office environment.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
