Lead the talented regional transport team across Commercial & procurement on a National scale. Your role will involve delivering and winning work with existing and new clients and being part of our national complex infrastructure leadership team. Collaborating with key strategic partners, clients and colleagues across AtkinsRéalis globally, you'll enjoy working with people who pull together to get the job done. Your role

• Working with the Complex Infrastructure Leadership team you will be involved to help define our strategy and our future aspirations.Defining and leading on the regional strategy for the sector.
• Directing the sub-sector teams on the implementation of the strategy and working with the operational business on delivery.
• Leading on client engagement/care and management for key accounts. Identifying target clients and developing an engagement plan.
• Innovation- constantly reviewing how to do things better and more efficiently.
• Maintaining up to date Collateral/Comms to underpin our strategy.
• Recruitment- identifying the key resources we need, where we need them and why. Supporting the recruitment process to grow our business.
• Working closely with the operational business on direction and strategy. Reviewing and assessing performance on key projects and supporting the operational business in driving efficiency across the region.

About you

• Strong and proven infrastructure experience, notably for Energy, Rail and Highways projects.
• Proven track record in developing and growing clients into key accounts in the complex infrastructure sector.
• An inspiring leader, known for your principles.Deeply committed to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.
• Excellent communicator, collaborator and influencer.
• A professional with regional credibility.
• Effective management of team(s) on major/complex commissions or projects, or for major client(s), including maximising performance and confidently dealing with performance related issues.

Security clearance
