Your Purpose:

• Lead and finalise negotiations on a highly complex, £bn+ EPC contracts.
• Oversee contract execution, administration, and change control.
• Manage commercial risk, claims prevention, and dispute resolution.
• Lead a team of commercial managers, ensuring best practice contract governance.
• Develop and maintain supplier and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor contract performance, costs, and compliance with obligations.
• Drive a risk management strategy, ensuring issues are identified and mitigated.

What you can bring:

• Extensive experience in procurement and commercial management of large-scale EPC contracts (£bn+), ideally in marine or renewable energy, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and contract execution.
• Experience managing high-interface, complex projects, including supplier and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to lead contract negotiations on major projects.
• Experience in subsea cable procurement and management is desirable.
• Strong background in risk management, change control, and dispute avoidance.
• Leadership experience in managing teams of commercial managers.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline; professional accreditation (RICS, CIPS) preferred.
