We are looking for Creative Design – Graphic COE Specialist to join our team.

This role will be based at our Atkins office in Bangalore. 

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, dedicated graphic specialist based in Bangalore to work remotely with our Global Creative Design team. You will be working with a talented team of creative and communication designs for social media, internal websites by supporting across our national UK based business & other Global regions.

We are searching for someone who will execute projects with meticulous attention to detail and be confident in presenting innovative thoughts to assist us in delivering a wide range of design solutions. You will have a history crafting documents and strong type focused editorial, which has been complimented with infographics, diagram work, and image retouching skills, as well as a strong knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design skills for internal, external, and social media marketing work. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, exact print and digital artwork for a variety of engineering, infrastructure, and architectural design projects.

Your focus will be on producing accurate artwork for editorial layouts, communication designs and creating graphics for annual reports and other operation documents. You will be a strong communicator and a team player, embracing the variety of work and enjoying the buzz of a fast-paced, progressive working environment.

You will have a strong portfolio that showcases excellent attention to detail across a variety of different graphic design-based applications (including editorial reports).

Communication & Verbal Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Ability to negotiate and deal with Project Managers across global regions daily.
• Able to deal and motivate staff and earn loyalty and respect.
• Able to define and articulate ideas with clarity.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts (BFA) / Visual Communication or equivalent / Bachelor’s Degree

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience. Out of which minimum 2 years of art working experience across a variety of printed media.
