Data Engineer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Data Engineering and MLOps/ML Engineering. This role involves designing scalable data pipelines, ensuring data quality and governance, and enabling end-to-end machine learning model deployment in production environments. You will collaborate with data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions that power advanced analytics and AI initiatives.

Your role

• 5+ years of proven experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong expertise in ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Azure ML.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, etc.).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

About you

• Collaborate with data science teams to operationalize ML models using MLOps best practices.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows, ensuring reproducibility and scalability.
• Monitor and maintain model performance, implement retraining strategies, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Familiarity with model monitoring and observability tools.
• Exposure to AI/ML lifecycle management in enterprise environments.
• Certifications in Data Engineering or MLOps are a plus.
