Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the project accounting analyst in preparing a “sales invoice” with a significant amount of supporting documentation.
• Candidates are eligible provided they should NOT have registered under any statutory schemes (PF, Gratuity etc.)
• The shortlisted candidate will be employed as an Apprentice for 6 months on a fixed stipend.
• Perform detailed “verification” of Supplier invoices and validate the information that is already captured by an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) enabled tool.
• Perform Client set-up in the CRM, credit risk analysis, payment collection and cash application

Required Qualifications:

• B’Com/M’Com

Essential Skills:

• Computer literate, Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Excellent English language skills in both written and verbal form.
• Must be able to communicate with internal/external customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Must have a keen eye for details.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Must be organised and able to be flexible.

Additional Information:

• Working hours: 10 am – 7.30 pm (India Standard Time).
• Work Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore.
