Our Finance Shared Services (FSS), located in Bengaluru, India is looking to strengthen its teams in preparation of an imminent Global finance transformation with exciting new positions being created in multiple functions.

About the job:

• Job title: Finance Executive.
• Department: Finance Shared Services.

Brief about Job: Auditing of suppliers on the UK Supplier Address Book to ensure compliance to IR35 and related support to UK Tax team.

Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments of suppliers to determine IR35 compliance.
• Work closely with Supplier Address Book (SAB) team and UK Tax team on any queries related to IR35 compliance.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team.
• Basic understanding of UK tax system.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and SAB team on any of the supplier set up related queries/issues.

Professional & Technical skills:

• 1+ years of experience working in the finance function of a sizeable international company.
• Good inter-personal skills and comfortable in dealing with senior colleagues.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize own workload.
• Strong sense of ownership, drive and ability to deliver results.
• Great attention to detail.
• Good team player with positive attitude.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze information and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree – Preferably BCom / Master’s degree.

Additional Information:

• Working hours: 10am – 7.30pm (India Standard Time) but flexibility will be required.  The candidate must be available to work UK hours at month-ends.
• Work Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore.
• Candidate must have required infrastructure to enable remote working.
