Registered Landscape Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented an experienced Registered Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design, project management, and environmental sustainability. This role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and engineers to develop innovative landscape solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and implementing landscape design from concepts to completion for various projects
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary teams to understand project requirement, objectives and ensure smooth project execution
• Review detailed drawings, plans, specifications, models and presentations for client proposals
• Manage project timelines, budgets, internal resources effectively.
• Develop exceptional client communication with strong emphasis on client satisfaction for smooth project delivery and foster ongoing revenue generation
• Responsible for managing and overseeing the financial performance of the landscape team
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members

Requirements:

• A Registered Landscape Architect by the Landscape Architects Registration Board of Hong Kong with at least 10 years of design and management experience in landscape architecture
• Good track record and experience in local Hong Kong landscape architecture projects
• Providing and/or Checking of Landscape Works, including landscape hardworks, landscape softworks, establishment works, tree works and tree risk assessment related submissions.
• Self-motivated individual that can manage multiple projects & handle various responsibilities
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
