Location - Kitchener, ON

Your role within the team:

• Mail scanning  - X-ray (training provided), mail delivery and tracking.
• Maintain mail/parcel tracking database.
• Shipping/Receiving & delivery withing the facility.
• Assist with administrative functions when required.
• Escorting contractors.
• Assist with AV functionality.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks i.e. furniture moves, minor repairs etc.
• Ad hoc painting and drywall repairs.
• Assist with light bulb, filter and battery changes.
• Water testing.
• Assist with inspections of various equipment.
• Comply with all Occupational Health and Safety legislation, guidelines, standards, policies, procedures and practices at all times.
• Other duties as required.
