Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of construction/ consultancy experience in UAE with various building types, including high-rise, mixed-use, residential, commercial, and villas/townhouses.
• Extensive technical knowledge and experience in the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical services as follows,
  • HVAC,
  • Water supply,
  • Drainage,
  • Firefighting,
  • LPG,
  • Smoke management system
  • BMS, etc.

• Maintain the quality of work at site, take necessary action and report to the superior for corrective action.
• Carryout mechanical inspections for materials, installations and witness the testing and commissioning.
• Mock-up installation requirements.
• FAT and SAT procedures and requirements.
• Familiar with UAE local authority guidelines and internationally recognized standards.
• Review of method statements, shop drawings, as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
• Familiar to use online platforms such as Aconex, Asite, Assist etc., and other snagging tools as per
• the project requirements.
• Good in Autocad, MS word, excel, PowerPoint and other software’s / tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
