Leading the way under Programme Services (PPS) our Planning Function is integral to the delivery of our diverse portfolio of projects across a large range of industries. Join us as a consultant planner and be at the centre of excellence delivering projects by our multi-disciplinary teams.  As part of our diverse team, you'll get involved in every aspect of Planning. From Rail, Highways and Utilities to Nuclear, Defence and Aviation we are critical to enabling our clients to drive industry best practice and successful completion of their targets both here in the UK and across the globe. Your Role

• Establish key programme interfaces and working interfaces with relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain schedules in relevant planning software (P6, Asta, MSP).
• Attend Meetings / visit site to gather progress updates to update schedules.
• Support Project / Project Controls Managers to maintain schedules and their interfaces.
• Manage the contract requirements for the schedules.
• Provide Reporting Outputs to Project specification.
• Collaborate and co-ordinate with all project functions.
• Capture and work to Industry Best Practices.

About you

• Project based planning experience.
• Knowledge of project and programme planning processes and lifecycles.
• Understanding of planning software (P6, Asta, MSP).
• Ability to integrate and analyse complex data from a number of sources and differing formats.
• Awareness of contractual requirements.
• An understanding of the consultancy role.

Security clearance

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance.  If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview.
