Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

Experience:

• 12+ years in site-based architectural supervision
• Middle East experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Review architectural submissions such as material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings
• Ensure compliance with international codes and local authority requirements
• Respond to technical queries and site construction details
• Review contractor performance weekly and attend technical workshop meetings as required
• Knowledge of UAE regulations including municipality and civil defense
• Coordination awareness between all disciplines
