AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Program Commercial Manager to join our growing team. This position is based in Toronto, Ontario. The Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing all commercial and contractual aspects of a major infrastructure program. This includes managing contracts, ensuring compliance, handling procurement processes, and providing expert support to Program Leads.

Your role within the team:

• Provide subject matter expertise and oversight with respect to all commercial and contractual matters on the program.
• Provide support to the Program Leads in the execution of the contract including change control, performance management, and payment. 
• Provide effective and timely management of procurements, contractors, consultants, constructors, and supply chain contracts. 
• Implement and maintain accurate and timely management reporting from a commercial perspective and integrates with other aspects of program reporting.
• Manage effective communication of contract outputs, compliance conditions, and change management to key stakeholders, delivery team, and shared services leads.

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Commercial Management roles within major infrastructure programs including pre- and post-contract phases.
• A recognized degree in project management, quantity surveying, or a related field, along with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in contract negotiations, managing contract changes, and handling procurement and dispute resolution.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, quantity surveying, contracts, and program controls disciplines, with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating large groups of stakeholders, including workshop facilitation.
• Experience supporting large scale aviation or airport programs is a strong asset.
