We are seeking a Part Time (2-3 days/week) Project Administrator to join our team in Queens, NY.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Support on-site project team in a part-time capacity (2-3 days per week) with the following administrative tasks:
  • Filing
  • Document Management
  • Document distribution and tracking
  • Collection and recording of reports related to cost, safety, progress, etc.
  • Schedule and Support Meetings
  • Maintain construction tracking logs.
• Assists in the development of presentations to clients and internal groups.
• Support expense report preparation, invoice validation, travel management, and other clerical tasks.
• May perform such other duties as the Supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline.  Without a degree, requires three years' experience in progressively responsible operational or administrative work.
• Must be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and good decision-making abilities.
• Must be proactive and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must have demonstrated organizational skills; the ability to provide complex, confidential administrative support in a high-profile environment with tact and diplomacy; the ability to work with multiple deadlines and multiple priorities; the ability to work across a variety of projects and with diverse constituencies; and flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work in a changing environment.
• Knowledge of business administration practices and principles, including finance and accounting. Computer skills required, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of the consulting engineering and construction industry helpful.
• Ability to deal effectively and harmoniously with people at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work on-site

Expected compensation range is between $20-25/hr  depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
