How will you contribute to the team?

• Provides basic clerical support to team of professionals and managers. Will work in client’s office 5 days a week supporting document management systems for roadway, structural and bridge projects.
• Answers phones and transmits messages.
• Files documents and correspondence.
• Makes photocopies and sends or receives e-mails and other electronic communications.
• Uses appropriate word processing software, as instructed.
• Enters data into electronic spreadsheets or databases.
• Maintains and distributes recurring internal reports.
• May be required to run errands or make deliveries outside of the office.
• Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
• Experience reading engineering plans.

What will you contribute?

• High school diploma (or equivalent) plus one year related experience.
• Good command of English grammar and spelling. Good organizational skills. Typing skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
