We are hiring! AtkinsRealis is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Tallahassee, FL.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing , coordinating, and managing various aspects of project execution, including financial reporting, facility audits, condition assessments, contract management, and project tracking. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance with standards, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

How will you contribute to the team?
Financial and Agreement Management:

• Review contract financial reports.
• Track project statuses and perform preliminary reviews for completeness.

Facility Audit Scheduling and Coordination:

• Schedule and track facility audits under the direction of project manager.
• Create and update facility audit checklists and reports.
• Assist with data entry and quality assurance
• .

Contract Management:

• Monitor contract trackers and assist with procurement.
• Process vendor invoices and ensure quality control.
• Provide support for specific contract assistance.

Project Management:

• Monitor project trackers and prepare monthly status reports.
• Track individual task assignments and project progress.

Coordination and Reporting:

• Coordinate site activities and prepare weekly reports.
• Track, update, and renew use agreements.

Quality Assurance and Control:

• Ensure quality control of documents, task work orders (TWO), and contract plans

What will you contribute?

•    Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline with four years of business experience.  

•    Without a degree, this is typically reached through a minimum of ten years’ experience in relevant analytical and/or project administrative work.

•    Ability to perform mathematical calculations, to understand contracts, specifications, organize information and use microcomputer. 

•    Must have good analytical ability and technical skills, with the use of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio and Teams. 

•    Good communication skills required to interact effectively with project managers and subconsultants. 

•    Be able to take training for Atkins Realis systems as necessary.
