Location – Mississauga, ON

The Project Digital Analyst will be responsible for managing issue resolution and access management for the Common Data Environment of a major Nuclear new build project. In addition, the individual will develop dashboards, workflows and integrations between project applications as per stakeholder needs. Success in the role requires the ability to plan and prioritize activities, coordination with multiple stakeholders across alliance organizations and experience developing applications in an environment such as M365.

Your role within the team:

• Provide IT support for the Common Data Environment (CDE) on major Nuclear new build projects.
• Create an IT support ticketing system for management and resolution of IT issues with CDE applications.
• Interface with users from alliance organizations to understand issues and provide timely resolution.
• Provide user training on application features.
• Interface with the project Digital team, application vendors and internal IT to find solutions to issues raised and document resolutions for future reference.
• Create and follow up on support service requests with CDE application vendors as and when required.
• Provide functional support for both application and business process issues.
• Create and maintain support documentation such as FAQs, work instructions and job aids.
• Provide, modify and remove access to CDE applications for all alliance organization users, ensuring only users with required security clearances have access.
• Maintain access logs and traceability for user access requests and approvals.
• Partner with project functions to capture requirements for process automation, data integration and reporting needs.
• Develop, test, implement and maintain solutions such as workflow configuration, application integration, data dashboards in the CDE based on captured requirements.
• Debug production issues and resolve them quickly with permanent fixes.
• Identify areas for business process improvement and efficiencies; make recommendations to improve existing processes or system functionality.
• Assist in designing and developing SharePoint sites using HTML and modern web components, maintain site structure, content organization and user interface consistency.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports, connect to various data sources and ensure data accuracy and relevance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Exposure to JavaScript, JSON, or REST APIs.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Understanding of data modeling and reporting principles.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design fundamentals.
• Familiarity with data platforms and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Azure Data Factory) is considered a strong asset.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI).
• Experience or coursework in SharePoint Online development and administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team objectives.
