We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Manager to join our Tampa, FL office.

Work with us as a Transportation Project Manager, and you'll play a central role in growing the transportation industry in the Tampa Bay area. You'll enjoy opportunities across a vast range of projects, supporting our client needs in training, workforce development, and professional growth. Use your creativity and organizational skills to deliver training programs to our client that inspire their workforce, build a culture for leaving, create leadership opportunities, and increase retention rates. This position is a full-time, client-facing role with a prominent client in Tampa, Florida.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Create, lead, and manage numerous training programs, typically for a multi-disciplinary team.
• Provide insight and value in the development of new programs and techniques to enhance  the client learning experience.
• Apply your own skills, knowledge and experience to support workforce training, development, and retention for of our clients.
• Apply your own skills, knowledge, and experience to deliver these programs within the highest, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Work with our clients to build real value and long-term relationships at all levels of the organization.

What will you contribute?

We're looking for project management and training experience including:

• Ideally, 15 years of demonstrable experience in a lead trainer or management oversight role.
• BEng / MEng or MSc degree in engineering, education, human resources, organizational development or related degree.
• Preference for certifications in various soft skill programs, such as John Maxwell and True Colors.
• Experience of working with or for our key clients.
• Experience for managing all aspects of a training program successfully.
• Ability to be flexibility, resilience and problem solving in a dynamic project environment.
• Ability to connect and facilitate interactive learning experiences with a variety of personalities and levels within an organization.
