Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of hydroelectric projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain effective communication.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience of in project management, particularly in hydroelectric projects.
• 10+ years of experience in managing hydroelectric projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable and green engineering practices.
• Experience working with international projects and teams.
• Strong network within the renewable energy industry.
• Strong knowledge of hydroelectric technologies and processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
