AtkinsRéalis is hiring a hiring a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Toronto. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Your role within the team:

• Coordinates the effective execution of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) function within PMO Services.

• Provides subject matter expertise, advice, and guidance with respect to QA/QC matters across the program.

• Reviews the contractor’s program specific Quality Management Plan and works with the Program Delivery team to confirm effective implementation.

• Coordinates periodic reviews and audits aimed at assessing the effectiveness of quality management processes and procedures.

• Provides assurance of each program’s quality management reporting and confirms compliance against the agreed metrics.

• Provides Management and Executive level quality management related program-wide reporting and identifies key risks and opportunities for escalation.

• Oversees management of QMS documents and records on the Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) to ensure up-to-date and accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in a quality management position

• A minimum of 7 years professional experience in an international airport program or equivalent complex infrastructure program.

• Recognized degree and professional designation is considered an asset.

• Certified QMS 2015 auditor or experience in a similar quality management representative role for a large program and successful completion of an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Course.

• Experience throughout all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance preferably large program/projects.

• Availability to work x5 days per week (Monday to Friday) at project site.

• Demonstrable expertise in quality control and quality assurance practices.

• Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver quality management on complex projects and programs.

• Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills including the ability to facilitate meeting / workshops with large groups of stakeholders.
