Responsibilities:

• Lead BI Development Projects: Oversee the development of BI solutions, including dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Business Objects.
• Data Integration: Design and develop ETL processes to integrate data from various sources using tools like SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and SQL Data Warehouse.
• Team Management: Plan and manage team resources, ensuring efficient scheduling and load balancing to meet objectives and SLAs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their data and analytic needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement methodologies to continually improve BI practices and reduce the gap between speed and accuracy in data processing.
• Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Azure, AWS, data warehousing, and BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience: Several years of experience in BI development, including leadership roles in business transformation programs.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or specific BI tool certifications can be advantageous.
