Responsibilities:

• Manage a team to undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.
• Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
• Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
• Work closely with teams in the Malaysia and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.

Requirements:

• Registered Professional Engineer with BEM in Civil or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 year’s experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and/or geotechnical engineering as applied to the management and design of dams and reservoirs and their associated hydraulic structures.
• Familiarity with current Malaysia design standards, guidance and working practices including the Reservoirs Act.
