Senior Municipal Engineer

Your role within the team 

As a member of the Vancouver office's Municipal Engineering team, you will: 

• Lead the design and preparation of storm drainage systems and underground civil site services. 

• Lead and coordinate with project teams in the planning, execution, and management of projects related to water resources. 

• Develop stormwater plans and models and prepare engineering designs based on client specifications. 

• Support Team Lead and project managers with proposal writing, business development, and client-based support. 

• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

The ideal candidate: 

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related training. 

• Has at least 10 years' relevant experience. 

• Is proficient in English (spoken and written). 

• Is a member of the Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC) and has his P.Eng. professional designation. 

• Has knowledge of the following software: HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, PCSWMM, Civil 3D, EPANET.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $91,900 - $157,900 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
