Role Overview: We are seeking a collaborative and sharp-minded Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our highly successful team in Dublin. This role involves leading and managing the commercial aspects of commissions and/or projects, ensuring governance, fee management, internal job costings, and resource requirements are met. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality, professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all pre and post contract commercial aspects of projects, including governance and fee management.
• Manage client relationships and service delivery on a project basis.
• Collaborate with project management, health & safety, building surveying, and consulting teams.
• Ensure accurate, professional, and quality service delivery at all stages of projects.
• Generate repeat business and new market opportunities.
• Apply quality assurance and environmental management principles.
• Mentor, coach and assist the junior graduate colleagues.
