Manage the preparation, review, and delivery of all PMO Executive Reports that demonstrate the current status of portfolios, programs and projects in alignment with the governance models. Coordinate high-level meetings by overseeing the preparation, review and distribution of executive materials and maintaining communication across various teams. Apply advanced analytics to interpret data, uncover trends, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Lead the design and implementation of a strategy to automate reporting by integrating various systems to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Key accountabilities & activities:

• Supervise the creation and submission of internal executive reports including but not limited to Monthly Progress Reports, Dashboards and other critical reporting mandates.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and consolidation of materials Executive Leadership meetings.
• Manage development and timely update of all reports with stakeholder alignment.
• Act as primary liaison for data collection and communication of reporting requirements.
• Develop standardized reporting frameworks and templates.
• Ensure stakeholders understand timelines and deliverables.
• Promote data-driven decisions through complex data interpretation.
• Drive innovation in data analytics and automate reporting through system integration.
• Ensure confidentiality and maintain a reliable documentation repository.
• Mentor team members in data analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Optimize reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel.
• Collaborate with IT for data integration and reporting system efficiency.

Background, skills & qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience implementing automated reporting systems using integrated data sources.
• Expertise in Power BI and other visualization packages.
• Skilled in creating, maintaining, and validating various reports using Microsoft Office and BI tools.
• Team management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of controls/reporting in large-scale projects.
• Experience working in matrix organizations with dual reporting lines.
• Ability to consult, influence, and coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups.

Qualifications:

• Degree in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in major capital works reporting.
