We are seeking a Sr Director, Communications & Marketing, M&A

How will you contribute to the team?  

In this role you will take responsibility for M&A related communications and marketing activities in the US region and support all communications and marketing activities in the LATAM region, aligning priorities to those of the USLA leadership and businesses. This includes:

• acting as communications and marketing lead for all USLA region M&A activities
• collaborating with regional centers of excellence in-region team to create communications plans, media strategies and key messages in support of M&A activities
• leading change management communications related to M&A activities
• driving market and/or initiative campaigns in the LATAM region
• amplifying the voice of our LATAM senior leaders both internally and externally
• mentoring and engaging with the regional communications and marketing leads
• supporting as needed, the business development activities in the LATAM region

What will you contribute?  

• Work closely with the USLA Communications and Marketing team to develop priorities and deliver creative and innovative communications and marketing solutions
• Consult and advise internal clients on marketing and communications strategies, tactics, optimal deployment cadence, measurement and continuous improvement.
• Create, socialize and deploy integrated marketing and communications plan
• Measure and evaluate effectiveness of activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients
• Contribute to the overarching action planning for the relevant areas of the business

Requirements

 Essential Criteria

• Ability to think strategically, see the big picture and broader company business objectives
• Ability to work effectively within a group, as well as independently, and enjoy working with different personality styles and management levels, both in person and across geographies
• Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
• Extensive 360-degree Marketing and Communications experience
• A focus on measuring performance and making data-driven decisions
• High levels of initiative and confidence to come up with, develop, share and deliver ideas
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and attention to detail
• Able to build relationships and influence people across cultures
• Proven experience working in a matrix environment
• Demonstrated experience in M&A integration
• Proven ability to report to and collaborate with senior leaders

Education and Experience

• Degree in marketing, business, or communications
• +15 years of experience in a related role
• Experience in the professional services/design and engineering/construction industry is preferred

Additional Information

• Location is flexible within the US
• Travel approximately 25% of time within USLA region, primarily within the US, with occasional travel to Latin America, Canada or the United Kingdon
• Full time role, permanent position

Expected compensation range is between $193,000 - $240,000 depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.  

Upon acceptance of an offer, all candidates must go through a drug screen test and background check.
