Your Purpose

We’ve been designing and building water infrastructure around the world for more than a century. We protect water sources, design water plants, return wastewater safely to the ecosystem, and finalize flood defense strategies. So, you’ll work with environmentally responsible teams who are always pushing research and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Control and management of the whole life cycle of the projects in the Environmental team
- Working within a multi-discipline team of engineers, technicians and other professionals to develop engineering designs from concept to detailed design and specifications
- Liaise with Clients in relation to project progress, decisions and changes to ensure deliverables are met and produced on time and budget
- Be a team leader to develop and grow the team with P&L responsibilities
- Attend design meetings, site meetings and all other project related meetings
- Responsible for business proposal/tendering and commercial negotiations
- Seek for business opportunities across APAC regions proactively
What can you bring?
An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree or above in Environmental or relevant disciplines
- Be a Member of the HKIEIA, HKIOA, CIWEM or other relevant professional bodies; and
- Have a minimum of 20 years Environmental Consultancy experience
- Proven hands-on experience in environmental impact assessment reports or project management/coordination of environmental studies for multidisciplinary infrastructure development projects
- Solid experience in effective liaison and coordination with regulatory authorities and relevant stakeholders on implementation of environmental monitoring and audit programme for major projects
- Conversant with Hong Kong environmental legislations and regulations, and its application on infrastructure and property development projects
- Have the ability to represent the company, identify and develop business opportunities, manage projects and lead a project team
- Have strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills; and
- Have a good command of written and spoken English.
The role will be based in our Hong Kong Office.
Near native fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Ability to speak Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) would be an advantage.
