Project management
- Liaise closely with clients and technical teams at the heart of our consultancy. You’ll control and deliver construction projects to cost and on programme. Your role will be vital in minimising risk, while maintaining safety, achieving quality and maximizing investment returns.
Programme management
- You’ll be part of a core team responsible for delivering success through effective programming, sustainability, development, cost and building solutions. In your role as advocate and arbitrator, you’ll continually evaluate and balance conflicting requirements to achieve our clients’ construction goals.
Project controls
- You’ll be in a team providing accurate data and forecasting for every step of a project. This core discipline integrates financial and project accounting systems to ensure effective performance data, including earned value analysis. You’ll play an important role in enabling our clients to control and manage change.
Cost management
- Our clients rely on us to control and manage cost at all stages of a project, so we have opportunities in cost control, tender documentation, IT, and risk & value management. You’ll join a team who use change management procedures in project procurement, allowing full cost control and informed, timely decisions.
Commercial management
- Join a core team that enables clients to control and manage change through accurate data and forecasting at every step of their project. Working with financial and project accounting systems you’ll ensure effective performance data, including earned value analysis.
Asset management
- The management of property and real estate is a critical success factor for most organizations. Join a team that optimizes our clients’ property strategies by aligning them to their business goals. You’ll help clients to review what property they need, and how to use, service and maintain it for its lifetime.
