Overview
- This position may be offered as either a contract-to-hire or a regular full-time role, depending on your overall experience and the technical competencies demonstrated during the interview process.
- This is a scheduled drive application. Kindly proceed with your application only if you meet the job requirements and are currently based out of, Pune or Mumbai.

- Drive date will be announced separately through different communication channels for the shortlisted candidates.
Your role
- Review of project drawings and establish RFI-Request for information document.
- Responsible for Quantity take-offs for different types of elements as per the method of measurement modes specified.
- Identify, prepare, and establish Bill of quantities for various trade packages.
- Support to prepare various stages of cost plans as per project requirements.
- Support to generate cost breakdown and establish unit rates for elements.
- Gather proposals, specifications and related documents and convert to cost estimates.
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work, modify estimates and prepare cost change report.
- Collaboration with Team and good communication skills are expected.
- Support project meetings and collaborate with team to meet target timelines for deliverables.
- Responsible for quality deliverables to the client.
- Support all activities in preparing comparison statement and assist in generation of technical and commercial evaluation report.
- Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations.

About you
- 3 - 6 years hands experience in Estimation and Quantity preferably in Pre-Contract Projects.
- Post graduate qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in quantity take off using AutoCAD, CostX .
- Knowledge of Standard measurement methods like NRM/CESMM/POMI/ Master & Uni format

- A master's degree in project management or equivalent is a plus.
- Chartered status / Professional certifications (e.g., MAPM, Prince 2 practitioner, PMP, MRICS) is an added advantage.
