As a Pre-Construction Supervisor at Linxon responsible for leading pre‑construction activities from basic engineering through execution on substation EPC projects, ensuring each site is fully prepared for safe, efficient mobilization. You partner with project managers, schedulers, engineering, procurement, safety, quality, and construction teams to develop execution strategies, define optimal construction sequencing, and deliver a complete, accurate, and compliant construction package. From tendering through handover, you manage and control all construction documents, enabling smooth site execution, minimizing risk, and supporting successful project delivery from start to finish.

What will you do?

  • Lead pre‑construction planning from engineering release through execution, establishing construction sequencing and execution strategies that align scope, schedule, and procurement readiness

  • Compile, review, and control all construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, permits, contracts, schedules, and procurement packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Coordinate cross‑functional inputs from engineering, safety, quality, procurement, and construction to deliver a complete and approved mobilization package

  • Perform detailed quality reviews of documents to ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines prior to site handover

  • Establish and maintain document management systems with version control, distribution, and traceability from tender phase through execution

  • Support site mobilization by ensuring field teams receive complete, current, and accessible documentation, enabling efficient and uninterrupted construction activities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for document‑related coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

  • Drive continuous improvement in document preparation and control processes to enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve project execution outcomes

Who you are?

  • You have proven experience in document control, project coordination, and site preparation for EPC contracts, preferably within the power industry

  • You are highly proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents

  • You have required field experience supporting construction and execution activities

  • You are highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • You are an effective communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

  • You are proficient in document management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite

  • You are able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously

  • You have working knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards

  • You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred)
