How will you make your impact?

  • You will lead all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities from project mobilization through construction, commissioning, and close‑out across Linxon's renewable energy EPC projects

  • You will establish, implement, and maintain the complete HSE governance framework, ensuring safety requirements are embedded into planning, execution, and day‑to‑day site operations

  • You will ensure full compliance with the AtkinsRéalis BlueBook, Linxon standards, and all applicable local, regional, and national HSE legislation

  • You will plan, execute, and oversee HSE audits, inspections, and site assessments, ensuring findings are accurately reported within Linxon's Global Incident Database

  • You will track, manage, and drive timely closure of corrective actions, verifying effectiveness and preventing recurrence

  • You will identify HSE risks early and ensure appropriate control measures are defined, implemented, and continually reviewed throughout all project phases

  • You will review, challenge, and approve Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Stepback Cards, and behavioral safety observations to ensure alignment with evolving site conditions and work scopes

  • You will lead incident reporting, investigations, and root‑cause analysis, ensuring lessons learned are communicated and embedded into future work activities

  • You will drive measurable behavioral change through structured HSE programs, site campaigns, training sessions, and toolbox talks

  • You will actively engage project leadership, site teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to build shared ownership of safety performance

  • You will provide strong field leadership through regular site presence, hands‑on coaching, and real‑time intervention to prevent unsafe acts and conditions

  • You will oversee daily contractor activities to ensure consistent adherence to Linxon's safety expectations, permits, and safe systems of work

Who you are?

  • You have 10+ years of HSE experience, primarily within EPC or construction environments

  • You have strong knowledge of OSHA requirements, ISO standards, and local regulatory compliance

  • You have a university degree in HSE or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional certification (e.g., OSHA)

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • You have proven leadership ability with experience influencing teams and contractors at all levels

  • You have a track record of driving a proactive, behavior‑based safety culture

  • You have experience conducting risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and root‑cause analyses

  • You have the ability to work independently and effectively in dynamic, high‑risk site environments

  • You have fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,200 to $157,600. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
