We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated Apprentices to join our Utility & Land Information Solutions Team in Bangalore, India. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a semi-technical environment, working with utility asset data sourced from various platforms (web portals, emails, databases, etc.) and supporting project deliverables for our UK clients.
As an Apprentice, you will receive structured training, mentorship, and exposure to industry tools and practices, enabling you to build foundational technical and professional skills.
Your role
- Support the team in collecting, organizing, and processing utility asset information from multiple sources.
- Assist in maintaining and updating project databases and systems.
- Perform basic data entry, validation, and quality checks.
- Learn and gradually become proficient in tools such as GIS, AutoCAD, and internal systems.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to project teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with UK stakeholders where required.
- Monitor assigned tasks and ensure timely completion under guidance.
- Participate in training sessions and actively contribute to knowledge development.
- Support ad-hoc activities and tasks as assigned by team leads or managers.

About you
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any relevant discipline preferably with knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Knowledge of GIS or AutoCAD Map is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
- Basic understanding of professional workplace etiquette.
