As part of our consulting team, you'll influence delivery outcomes by embedding industry-leading PMO frameworks that streamline processes and improve transparency. From shaping governance structures to optimising reporting and planning, your contribution will support informed decisions and delivery success.

This role puts you at the heart of programme delivery, where you'll apply structured PMO practices to keep projects on track and deliver operational excellence.
Your Role
- Develop and refine PMO processes and templates, while identifying improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Guide stakeholders on delivery risks and practical solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
- Provide actionable insights through programme coordination and data-driven reporting, enabling informed decisions and transparency.
- Promote digital tools and automation to streamline reporting and improve data accuracy.
- Facilitate workshops and share knowledge to strengthen delivery best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Support proposals and client presentations, showcasing PMO capability and contributing to business growth.
- Build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Mentor junior PMO professionals, fostering collaboration and a culture of excellence.

About you
You will have proven PMO expertise and a passion for continuous improvement. You'll bring a working knowledge and demonstrable experience in the following areas:
- Broad PMO capability, including risk and issue management, planning, scheduling, reporting, governance, and requirements management.
- Proficiency in interpreting and presenting data, using dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks and control processes, ensuring compliance and consistency across projects.
- Experience in financial management within a programme or portfolio context.
- Understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid, and how to apply them effectively.
- Familiarity with PMO tools and technologies such as MS Project, Primavera, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Flexibility to manage competing priorities while contributing to the growth of our Delivery Optimisation team.
Timeframe
Interviews for this position are expected to commence during the week beginning 12th January.
