Your role
- Develop, implement, and maintain project controls systems, procedures, and standards to ensure effective cost management.
- Coordinate the implementation of the EcoSys cost control tool, including user training and ongoing support.
- Track, analyze, and report project expenditures against budgets and forecasts, including preparation of monthly cost reports, variance analyses, and dashboards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project budgets, actual costs, forecasts, accruals, and cash flow projections.
- Collaborate with project managers, discipline leads, and procurement teams to update forecasts, evaluate change orders, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support contract management and invoicing processes by reviewing invoices, monitoring accruals, and providing cost-related insights.
- Participate in project meetings to provide project controls updates and ensure compliance with internal project controls standards.

About you
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in cost control, preferably in major EPCM projects.
- Strong understanding of project controls, cost allocation, and financial risk management.
- Proficiency in project controls software in Ecosys.
- Knowledge of Excel, Aconex Cost, Primavera P6, Power BI .
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

Expected compensation for this role is (between Pay Range $64,700 - $89,000 annually) . Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
