Overview:
The Sourcing Centre of Expertise is a crucial part of the Recruitment Shared Service, supporting the AtkinsRéalis Global business in all aspects of talent acquisition and candidate selection. We are seeking a Senior Talent Researcher - Talent Sourcing to join our HR Centre in Bangalore. This role involves partnering with Global Recruitment Teams to create talent pools (talent communities) and identify candidates for engineering and related technical positions across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to develop effective talent sourcing strategies.
- Perform in-depth market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct hiring manager briefing calls to gain buy in into sourcing model and to obtain information required to complete an effective search.
- Present relevant research candidate lists to hiring managers within agreed timelines.
- Utilise various sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines.
- Analyse market trends and provide competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Identify trends, insights and opportunities through data analysis.
- Conduct industry research and talent intelligence analysis on competitors, market shifts, diversity trends and emerging skills.
- Proactively build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for niche, senior and high-impact roles through sourcing, referrals and networking.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and partner with Talent teams on various projects.
- Track and report on research and pipeline progress, sharing regular insights with recruiters, partners and hiring teams.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend tools, platforms and resources to improve the quality and efficiency of research.
Who You Are:
- 4 to 6 years of experience with a background in delivering supporting talent research hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience in sourcing or recruiting for the UK market is a plus.
- Proficient in using data-driven approaches for hiring decisions.
- Skilled in building talent maps, pools and market reports.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving hiring targets.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
- Capable of sourcing for various engineering roles and business practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident presenter.
- Experienced in managing multiple campaigns across global geographies.
- Proficient in LinkedIn, Microsoft Office and recruitment databases, knowledge of Workday is preferred.
