This role sits within our Supply Chain Management team. The purpose of the role is to provide a continuous verification and analysis of the complete Linxon prequalified vendors globally, identifying potential risks and keeping Linxon vendor list updated after the Prequalification process has been successfully completed.

What will you do?

• Follow structured Supplier Onboarding Process flow from end to end
• Verify supplier credentials, documentation, contracts, and compliance with internal policies.
• Ownership of the process stages and knowledgeable on advising all stakeholders within this process
• Train and guide new vendors through procurement procedures, quality standards, and delivery expectations
• Set up and maintain supplier data in internal systems and maintain database
• Manage the requests from and with various internal stakeholders
• Verification of details & ensure adherence to legal, Compliance, regulatory, and contractual requirements
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs and support internal audits or supplier evaluation
• Ensure to follow up with all stakeholders in a timely manner to complete each step in the process
• Focused effort on agreed targets, ensuring contribution to the overall Corporate Procurement goals
• Conduct background checks and due diligence on Vendors using internal tools and other reliable third-party databases, to identify and report the exact risk level of Vendors at the prequalification stage.

Experience, Education and other Required:

• Minimum Graduate and applicable 5 years of work experience in SCM or Data Management.
• Good knowledge of SAP Ariba & Oracle in Supplier Onboarding.
• Identify the Potential risk of vendors
• Knowledge of Substations / EPC Projects
• Experience in global procurement
