We are seeking an experienced and solution-oriented Graduate GIS Analyst to join our Highways & Transportation team based in Dublin. This is a rewarding opportunity for a self-guided professional with a passion for innovation and digital transformation in geospatial technologies.
The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues to develop digital and geospatial solutions for our clients across a range of sectors, including highways, transportation, infrastructure, and environment.
Your Role
- Support multi-disciplinary teams with spatial data analysis and mapping solutions.
- Create high-quality cartographic products using ESRI tools for field planning, reporting, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain web-based mapping applications (e.g., ArcGIS Online) for data visualization and dissemination.
- Enable mobile data collection for field crews using GPS-enabled devices and ESRI Field Maps.
- Perform spatial data processing, including capture, conversion, and translation.
- Manage geodatabases, ensuring data integrity through archiving and cleanup.

About you
- Degree Level 8 +or equivalent in GIS or geospatial systems.
- Relevant years of experience in GIS analysis, solution deployment, and project deliverables.
- Experience in an engineering or environmental consultancy including preparation of data for environmental reporting is an asset.
- Proficient in ESRI tools and platforms (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Field Maps, Survey123) and QGIS.
- Experience in geospatial analysis and modelling.
- Familiar with Open-Source GIS platforms and tools.
- Programming knowledge (Python, SQL, JavaScript) for geospatial applications.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and statistical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical information clearly.
- Strong digital literacy and ability to adopt emerging technologies.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive problem solver.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet project objectives.
