Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Project Management and Integration team. This individual will bring a strong multidisciplinary engineering background, proven project leadership, and a passion for driving integration across diverse technical domains. Under the supervision of the Director, Commissioning and Operational Readiness, you will play a strategic (30%) and technical/project leadership role (70%) in the execution of high-impact projects.
Your role
Management Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of professional project managers and integration specialists, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and accountability for team performance and delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project execution, ensuring alignment across engineering, commissioning, and client operations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Assign resources based on project priorities and team capabilities.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all project sites.
- Apply deep understanding of industry trends and client operations to shape strategic planning, drive business development, and ensure the teams contributions align with broader organizational objectives.
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior and intermediate team members.
Technical and Project Leadership Responsibilities:
- Serve as project manager or integration lead on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and integration strategies.
- Liaise with clients to understand operational needs and translate them into executable plans.
- Identify and resolve complex operational and organizational challenges across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring integrated solutions that meet client and business needs.
- Support the development of commissioning and operational readiness strategies.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance across chemical, mechanical, and process engineering domains.
- Participate in proposal development, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Drive service excellence and timely delivery across all project phases, directly impacting client satisfaction, operational readiness, and long-term value creation.

About you
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation in Ontario.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including 5+ years in project and team management.
- Experience in engineering consulting or industrial project delivery.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary project environments, including process, mechanical, and commissioning disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to guide, influence, and persuade internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment across diverse teams and disciplines.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks across various sectors, including but not limited to pharmaceutical, nuclear, industrial, airport, rail and transit, energy, and advanced manufacturing.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive integration across teams.
- Bilingual (English and French) preferred due to the nature of our national and international client base.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range 124,300 to 170,900 annually. (Only Applicable to Ontario). Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role.
