You'll join our Transportation Technical Leadership team. We bring together specialists who shape safe, sustainable and future‑ready transport solutions. You'll work across complex infrastructure projects, guiding technical delivery and helping us strengthen our capability, quality and innovation.
Your role
You'll lead the technical direction of your projects, supporting teams to deliver safe‑by‑design solutions that make a real difference to people and places. You'll take responsibility for shaping approaches, reviewing work and setting high standards across everything we deliver.
You'll help grow our technical capability by sharing knowledge, driving new ideas and supporting improvements in how we work. You'll also play a role in winning new work - supporting bids, influencing client decisions and contributing to the development of our future strategy.
