Responsibilities:
Administrative tasks: maintaining the organization charts, coordinating recruitment activities, organizing Crew meetings and Team events, maintain and update employee registers, schedule meetings, drafting memos/communications, greet and assist visitors/new employees warmly, etc,
Project coordination tasks: prepare department weekly/monthly reports, develop and update Policy/Plans/Procedures/Forms/Process Maps, prepare presentations, analyze data and prepare associated reports, take minutes of meetings and monitor tasks progress as well as projects' progress, etc.
The candidate shall handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
With good experience in Consultancy background
A minimum of 12 years’ experience and has good leadership skills - preferably with experience managing a team of QS
Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good command of Excel
Proficient with Powerpoint
