Core Responsibilities:

• Takes ownership of the delivery projects, and detailed Arch Packages
• responsible for Coordination within multi disciplinary projects
• Cross-check the design/ scheme for compliance and verify Project information.
• Apply Quality requirements for Submissions and documents
• Ability to liaise with clients and contractors to design as per the client's brief in compliance with the local planning policy guidelines and recommendations of statutory authority.
• Review the project-related technical documents.
• Responsible for deriving the strategy to set up the project in a manner relevant to the forthcoming stages of work.

Core Requirements:

• B.Arch. Graduates with minimum 12 years of relevant work experience. Master (M. Arch) is preferable.
• Advanced knowledge of the sequence of the construction and the usage of different elements within the framework and competent with the technical terms of building elements.
• Full understanding of RIBA Stages of Work.
• very strong knowledge with ME projects and Codes
• Demonstrates good coordination ability to address the needs and requirements of other disciplines.
