Overview
We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Software Developer to work on a variety of exciting projects in Florida. This position will report full-time to our client office located in Tallahassee, FL (Not Remote).
Your role
- Participates in client needs analyses.
- May participate in collection, conversion, and assembly of data in a variety of formats.
- May participate in documentation and diagramming of business and technical requirements.
- May participate in database/application design.
- Develops customized applications by writing well-documented code in the applicable environment to meet documented software requirements.
- Performs maintenance tasks on existing projects following the project's'established architecture/design.
- Prepares data documentation for projects, following prescribed Best Practices.
- Maintains continued knowledge of technology developments in the field and use of applicable programming languages.
- Monitors quality control within area of responsibility.
- Manages commitments to complete tasks within given schedule and budget.
- Performs such other duties as the Supervisor may from time to time deem necessary

About you
- B.S. or B.A in Computer Science or IT-related discipline with 3-5+ years of relevant experience in computer programming and software development.
- Preferred experience with the following: Enterprise Solutions software, Power BI, SharePoint, SQL Server and other databases such as Oracle.
- C#, Net Platform, ASP.Net Core experience preferred.
- LRE - Classic ASP - not Classic ASP.Net - using JavaScript and VBScript experience preferred.
- DQE - C# in .Net with Angular-JS experience preferred.
- Must have broad experience with database design and/or administration of enterprise relational database management systems.
- Should demonstrate excellent interpersonal, technical writing and communication skills.
- Ability to report to our client office 5 days per week.

Additional information
Expected compensation range is between $80k-$120k+ annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
