Occasionally our internal recruitment team needs support on those difficult-to-fill roles. We fully recognize that the right recruitment agency can be a vital part of the process. So, we've created a Preferred Supplier List of trusted partners to help us when required.
We are not currently looking to add to the PSL and it is against our company policy to accept speculative CVs as they make it difficult to monitor compliance with our supplier code of conduct and recruitment policy & process.
You should not send speculative CVs or contact hiring managers outside of the agreed recruitment process. Speculative CVs will generally be ignored, we will only consider CVs that come via the proper recruitment channel.
The company does not agree to any terms of engagement with an agency that provides CVs outside of our recruitment processes, and any such speculative CV will be considered a gift.
