You'll manage every aspect of the project lifecycle from bid stage to delivery, helping our customers deliver controlled change, enrich lives, and transform their businesses. Your Purpose:
- Deliver Project and Programme Management services across diverse projects.
- Work independently with senior support, maintaining a proactive approach.
- Manage project risk and chair risk workshops.
- Oversee sub consultants and contractors to ensure quality delivery.
- Support Account Managers with monthly reports and weekly client updates, managing project changes.
- Understand and manage clients' programme and project objectives.
- Maintain client relationships and service delivery on a project basis.
- Promote AtkinsRéalis services and their benefits to clients.
- Assist in developing new business opportunities and generating repeat business.
- Contribute to project governance and fee management activities.
What can you bring:
- Relevant construction qualification.
- Member or candidate for membership of a professional body (RICS, APM, CIOB).
- Highly motivated, independent worker with attention to detail.
- Experience delivering building projects from inception to completion.
- Client-facing experience on a commission/project basis.
- Experience with JCT and/or NEC contract administration.
- Positive contribution to internal teams, adding value.
- Good understanding of programme and scheduling software.
- Technical knowledge in health, safety, and environmental standards in construction.
- Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
