Resolution & Inquiry Center Agent (French & English)

As Resolution and Inquiry Center Agent, you will be providing support to end-users, which comprises troubleshooting problems, resolving financial issues and responding to general inquiries related to AP. You will operate through a contact centre help-desk, as part of our global financial shared services centre.

Responsibilities

  • Accurate execution of financial-related tasks and working procedures
  • Perform root cause analysis, identify issues/gaps, provide resolutions
  • Constantly communicate with our internal and external clients
  • Identify areas where process/system improvements are needed

Required

  • Written and oral command of English and French
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong deep analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to efficiently manage time, set priorities and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Works to completion and result oriented

Preferred

  • Experience in customer service/AP
  • Knowledge of Oracle or another ERP system
  • University Degree in Economics/Business
  • Relevant work experience in a shared services centre

*6 mandatory evening shifts per month, with the possibility to extend to a maximum of 10 evening shifts per month (bonus after the 6th evening shift)
