As a member of the Sustainability and Asset Management (SAM) team you will work directly with clients who are seeking to maximise the business value of their assets, estate and facilities management service, whilst mitigating their impact on the environment.
Our consultants provide advisory services spanning asset and facilities management, life cycle costing, whole life carbon assessment, sustainability, net zero carbon and environmental certifications (BREEAM) for new and refurbishment projects. Our clients include such companies as GSK, EDF, Roche, Royal Mail, University College London, Salix and HS2.
We offer an intensive training package tailored to your individual needs, you will define this with your mentor to take you from Graduate to Chartered Professional. Who we’re looking for
A talented Graduate with a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or above to work in a growing team of consultants. We’ll sponsor your training plan over the course of your three-year programme.
You’ll have ambition, vision, enthusiasm and the drive to keep on developing your technical skills and achieve professional status relevant to your chosen specialist technical area (including but not limited to RICS, IEMA, CIBSE, IAM). With a passion for working in a fully inclusive consultancy environment, you’ll want to work with clients and with teams who deliver to their customers.
You’ll be adaptable and a confident decision maker with excellent communication and team-working skills. You will also have the ability to apply your technical knowledge to analyse problems and create innovative solutions.
