Rewards & benefits
Designed to support your transition into the world of work, and in appreciation for being part of the team, we offer a range of holistic benefits which we call ‘Total Reward’. It’s an important part of how we attract and retain our people.
Flexible benefits
'Your Reward' portal gives you the ability to tailor your benefits package to suit your personal circumstances. Options include pension and life assurance, the cycle-to-work scheme and the ability to buy up to 15 days of extra holiday.
Bonus payments
When you join us, you'll receive a 'settling in payment' of £2,500. A further bonus of £2,500 will be made once you achieve Chartered status or reach an equivalent stage in your professional development.
A culture of possibilities
As well as our financial ‘reward’, we want to help you get the most you can out of working at AtkinsRéalis. Professional accreditation, company-supported training, flexible working and career opportunities are key benefits of being one of our employees.
Through our global presence, we offer both short and long-term opportunities to work on the most complex projects across the world. Short-term through our remote working policy where you can work in other countries for up to 20 days per year (subject to certain conditions being met); and longer-term through international assignments.
Graduate salaries
Our graduate salaries are between £31,000 - £33,500 depending on role and location.

- Discounts portal
- Digital GP
- Wellbeing programme
- Season ticket loan
- Gym Membership discounts
- 2 volunteer days per year
- Buy/sell annual leave
- Pension plan
- Optional private healthcare cover
- Cycle To Work scheme

Flexible working
As an employer of choice, we recognize that you exist outside of the office and that everyone has different interests and commitments. When you can excel in your personal life, you’ll bring that drive and passion to work. That’s why flexible working is a vital part of our collective success. You’ll be trusted to achieve your best at work, while structuring your time around what matters to you.
Employee Assistance Programme
Everyone – at some point in their lives – needs support. And our Employee Assistance Programme offers a continuum of wellbeing resources to address your emotional, practical and physical needs. The Programme provides you with immediate and confidential help, to support and guide you through all of life’s events and challenges and resources are offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
